From the home of the famous St Agur Blue, Huate Loire, comes this Gold Medal winning (2009 General Agriculture Award) cheese. It's more like a spread than a cheese as such, but we would challenge anybody to try it less than twice.

St Agur has mass appeal as the cheese has a great Blue falvour without ever being overpowering or salty. The creamy texture of this product has many uses aside for being consumed with a few crackers or crusty bread.
