The Milawa Cheese Company is a small but highly regarded speciality cheese factory located in North East Victoria's famed wine region.  Their Milawa Goat Milk Camembert is an outstanding hand made cheese with good depth of flavour. 

The quality of the goat milk ensures a sweet lactic flavour and a mild goat milk finish.  The rind will gradually break down and show lovely characteritic brownish flecks and subtle crinkles along the rind, all good signs of this cheese reaching maturity.

All cheeses are hand made at the historic Milawa Butter Factory using traditional methods, without preservatives and using non-animal rennet. 2004 Australian Specialty Cheese Association Gold Medal.
