We have secured a stock of two sizes. You can use these hot or cold. Sashimi style fish can be cured directly on the chilled surface of a salt block as can be thin slices of most proteins. Heating the block opens up all sorts of possibilities and the delicate flavour of the salt seasons the dish perfectly.
