Jimmys Satay Sauce is prepared from Malayan Chili and various oriental spices.
The preparation has a pleasant stimulating flavour, and is the product of long and patient experiments.
It is used essentially as a table sauce, and if desired as a flavouring agent for preparation of various foodstuffs, namely; meat, vegetables, seafoods, spaghetti and noodles, etc.
Try a half a teaspoon on scallops cooked on the bbq in the half shell. Garnish with some Julienned spring onions and chilli.
