St Andre is the classic French triple cream. Made from Cows milk, the fat content is around 75%.
Traditionally, St Andre is manfuctured in Coutances near Normandy in France. The texture can be buttery to soft and the rind should be bloomey with a tang.
The shape and size of the St Andre make it unique and the cheese compliments beer well. St Andre has a short shelf life and should be consumed with much enthusiasm quickly, regularly and with much pleasure. Enjoy!
