ADD TO: Vinaigrette,Pasta,Sauces,Mushroom dishes such as sauteed mushrooms or mushroom tarts. Use black truffle oil for salads with strong greens and strong cheeses, and smoked or cured meats. Use white truffle oil for salads with soft, tender greens and more delicate flavours.
