Lirah Chardonnay Verjus is a traditional, European style VerJus that is sharp, yet retains the fruit characters of chardonnay.

Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and nothing more.

Picked at exactly the right time when the balance of acidity and Sweetness is in perfect harmony.

Use in place of White wine vinegar when a touch of sweetness is also required.
